Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Asyra Technologies (“Asyra”, “we”, “us”), registered address 14 Parrot Residency, Coimbatore 641029, Tamil Nadu, India, decides how the personal data described here is used. For privacy questions, requests or grievances, write to srinandhan@asyra.in.

2. What we collect

When you contact us: the details you type into a form on this site (for example your name, email, phone number, preferred call time, the service you are interested in and your message), or what you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

During a project: contact details, business information, requirements, files, approvals, invoices and the messages needed to deliver the work.

When you browse: this website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the pages requested) to run and secure the site.

3. Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver and support the work you ask for, keep business and tax records, secure our services, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use your contact details for these purposes only. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

4. Your consent

When you submit a form or message us, you consent to us using the details you share for the purpose you contacted us about. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to srinandhan@asyra.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before, and some records may still need to be kept as described below.

5. Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers, only as far as needed:

• Formspree receives and forwards the forms on this website to our email. Formspree is based in the United States, so form submissions are processed outside India.
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps its server logs.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages when you choose to contact us there.
• Our email provider stores the messages we exchange with you.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Storage in your browser

This site stores two small flags in your browser's session storage: one so the opening animation plays only once per visit, and one so the “still browsing?” prompt does not reappear after you close it. They contain no personal data and are cleared when you close the tab. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted when they are no longer needed to answer you. Project working files are removed after completion and handover. Contracts, invoices, key correspondence and other records we must keep by law, or need for disputes, are kept for the required period. Deletion from backups and provider systems can take some time.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards for the data we hold, and give project access only to the people working on the project. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

You can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you cannot. Write to srinandhan@asyra.in; we may need to confirm your identity first. Some requests may be limited where the law requires us to keep data.

10. Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, write to srinandhan@asyra.in with the subject “Privacy grievance”. We will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Children

This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

12. Other websites and our products

Links to client websites, Google Play and other sites lead to services with their own privacy practices. DialupCRM has its own privacy policy on its website.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. See also our Terms and Conditions.
